Get ready, Lord of the Rings fans. ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ will premiere on Prime on September 2 for the first season alone. Here’s what we know about the show right now.

Season One of the brand-new Amazon Original series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will debut on Prime Video on September 2 in over 240 countries and territories worldwide. In addition to a new episodic structure, there are new characters, a new period, and new mythology thousands of years before the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings books.

We’ll try our best to answer as many of your questions as possible about the series. The following paragraphs provide information about the show’s characters, creators, air dates, locations, and methods.
