His coworkers and other residents, Claire (Antonia Thomas) and Jared, are both fascinated and somewhat baffled by his odd social conduct in his new position (played by Chuku Modu).

Midway through June, ABC revealed that October 3, 2022, would be the premiere date for The Good Doctor Season 6. Its September debut looks to be on par with that of recent seasons. Season 4 was an exception; it didn’t premiere until early November 2020 because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
If the release schedule for this season follows the same pattern as the previous two, then new episodes will be released until late November or early December, followed by a “winter break,” and then the programme will return in the middle of January 2023, after the holidays. The end of May 2023 is a likely air date for this season six finale.

What Is The Good Doctor Season 6 About?
The Good Doctor, an ABC medical drama, quickly gained fans and was widely predicted to be renewed for a sixth season. Thus, the renewal was announced prior to the airing of the season 5 finale. The Good Doctor Storyline
Shaun was not happy with the way Lea handled the patient satisfaction numbers in Season 1. He informs her that he no longer wants to get married to her because of how difficult things have been between them lately. Dr. Shaun confronted Salen (Rachel Bay Jones), who had purchased the hospital in an effort to salvage it, about the numerous changes she had made.
After the conclusion of Season 5 of The Good Doctor, showrunner David Shore gave an interview regarding The Good Doctor Season 6. He promised that the aftermath of nurse Villanueva’s violent ex-boyfriend Owen stabbing Dr. Audrey Lim will be the primary subject of the pilot episode and subsequent episodes. Fans should not worry, though, since Shore has assured them that Lim would survive the attack, albeit with a difficult rehabilitation. “We want to have the show signify something,” he stated.
Our goal as authors is for each and every tale we tell to matter. To suggest that we won’t be able to keep her would be an understatement. But there are many difficulties to come. A physical challenge for Dr Lim as a result of the attack was also mentioned, which may be a cool method to see how strong of a guy he is.

South Korean-American actor Daniel Dae Kim was moved to purchase the rights to this Korean medical drama. He formed a production company called 3AD. Sony Pictures Television (a television production and distribution studio) and ABC Signature, in partnership with 3AD, Shore Z Productions, and Entermedia, create the show. In 2015, Daniel Dae Kim began adapting the series and is currently executive producer; David Shore is the showrunner (leading producer).
