After seeing her 10-year-old daughter dolled up, several admirers found the celebrity’s parenting style concerning.
Penelope shared the video with her mother and other family members on the viral site they used together on Friday.
The teenager shared a 14-second video with her fans in which she applied many layers of concealer, eye shadow, and lip gloss before school each day.
Kourtney’s lone kid of four children with ex Scott Disick donned a headband on her hair to keep it out of her face and then continued to put on the different cosmetics – some produced by her family.
Ultimately, Penelope recorded a video of her whole look, including her dress of the day and a tune that complemented it well.
