Surprise! The Los Angeles performance of “Permission to Dance on Stage” by BTS is currently streaming globally on Disney+.

The Disney+ Day premiere of the BTS concert film, which documents the boy band’s four-night takeover of SoFi Stadium in late 2021, marks the beginning of the service’s annual celebration of all things Disney. The concert video features the band performing their most well-known songs including “Dynamite,” “Butter,” and “Permission to Dance”; it was produced by HYBE and directed by Sam Wrench and Junsoo Park.

All four nights of BTS’ mini-residency at SoFi Stadium were completely sold out, and the group earned the highest profit for a series of gigs at a single venue since 2012, as reported by Billboard Boxscore.

Permission to Dance on Stage: The spectacular performance experience welcomed 70,000 spectators each night and made full use of the stadium’s gigantic television displays and high-tech pyrotechnics. Variety’s Angelique Jackson described BTS’s first event in Los Angeles as “rife with confetti, smoke, fireworks, and — of course — the smoothest of dance routines.”
