John Cena has accomplished something unprecedented, and it didn’t even happen in the ring.
Since his first WWE match in 2002, Cena has become one of the company’s biggest stars. In 2002, he gave his first wish, and in 2012, he granted the 1,000th wish of his charity.

If a kid is diagnosed with a terminal disease, the Make-A-Wish Foundation will work to make their wish come true. Designed for kids aged 2-and-a-half to 18, the programme offers a variety of experiences, such as meeting a celebrity, attending an event, or making a donation to a good cause.
On July 19, the Guinness Book of World Records confirmed the fulfilment of the 650th wish.
In a statement to NPR, The Guinness Book of World Records expressed their excitement in honouring John Cena and his work with the Make-A-Wish organisation.
Cena had his 500th wish granted in 2015. He added in a video for WWE’s YouTube page, “I can’t express enough how great it is to see the kids so joyful, and their families so happy, I honestly want to show them that it’s their day.” “For some reason, I simply stop doing everything. I couldn’t give a damn,”
Make-A-Wish also said in a statement that John Cena is the most sought-after celebrity, with no other person in its history granting more than 200 wishes.
