Chris Redd and Kenan Thompson co-starred in the NBC comedy “Kenan” for two years and worked together on “Saturday Night Live” for five seasons, but a recent revelation suggests the two performers may have more in common than previously thought.
Chris Redd, who recently said he will not return to “SNL” for its 43rd season, is reportedly seeing Thompson’s ex-wife, Christina Evangeline, according to TMZ.
Though Thompson and Evangeline publicly announced their divorce last year, TMZ has learned that the pair have been living apart since early 2019.

Even though rumors have circulated that Thompson got Redd dismissed from “SNL,” insiders insist that there is no bad blood between the guys since Thompson and Evangeline had been divorced for some time before she began seeing Redd.

Apparently “moved on and is happy dating other people,” Thompson has no problem with Redd dating his ex.
On the other hand, Thompson will return for his 20th season of “Saturday Night Live” when the program premieres on Global at 11:30 p.m. ET/ 8:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, October 1.
