Some of Maitland Ward’s Boy Meets World co-stars do not like her.
The actress, who played Rachel McGuire on the hit ’90s programme, said that only Trina McGee, who played Angela Moore, and Will Friedle, who played Eric Matthews, have been supportive of her pornographic endeavours.
She revealed this on the podcast Skinny Confidential Him & Her on October 10. “I didn’t really receive any feedback from anybody,” she said. “This time it was Trina. In the beginning, she was on my side, and in the time after, Will has contacted me to say he is rooting for me, but he refuses to actually see any of my work.”
Maitland Ward Reveals Which Boy Meets World Cast Members Supported Her
Maitland Ward, who starred in Boy Meets World from 1998 to 2000, stated that she got support from the show’s creator Michael Jacobs, adding, “but the others, I have not heard a word from,” even when a spinoff series titled Girl Meets World was created in 2014.
I haven’t heard like, ‘Oh, you’re horrible,’ she went on to say. “However, I had the impression that I was completely forgotten by them as if they no longer wanted to have any contact with me. More specifically, it was with the Girl Meets World phenomenon. It was only myself and one other cast member who didn’t appear on the programme. Even more surprisingly, I wasn’t engaging in pornographic behaviour at the time. I was just chillin’ in my costume attire, taking photographs on the red carpet, and such.”
In conclusion, Maitland Ward said, “So, I believe Disney was probably influential in not having me return, and I don’t think any of the actors wanted me back either.”
However, E! News has not yet received a response from Disney.
