Bruce Willis spent his summer relaxing with his family and watching many episodes of Stranger Things.
Actor Bruce Willis’ wife, Emma Hemming Willis, has posted a new, touching video to her Instagram account, giving fans a glimpse into their summer vacation seven months after Willis’ aphasia diagnosis. She captioned the photo, “We don’t believe in perfection around here but #oursummer2022 was fairly near to it.” True magic, as the saying goes.

Willis’s family announced his retirement from acting in March after he was diagnosed with aphasia. Aphasia is a linguistic issue that often develops in the wake of brain damage or stroke. According to the Mayo Clinic, this “may impact your ability to talk, write, and interpret language, both vocal and written.”
In an official statement released after Willis’ diagnosis was made public, his family noted, “We are working through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to invite his fans in since we know how much he means to you, as you do him.
Bruce encourages everyone to “live it up,” and the two of us intend to do exactly that.
