Some nefarious event is on the horizon. This Wednesday (Oct. 19) on FX is the debut of Ryan Murphy‘s newest American Horror Story chapter, American Horror Story NYC.
New cast members for AHS: Coven include Zachary Quinto, Billie Lourd, Patti LuPone, Russell Tovey, Joe Mantello, Leslie Grossman, Charlie Carver, Sandra Bernhard, Isaac Powell, and Denis O’Hare.
The teaser trailer for American Horror Story NYC doesn’t reveal much, but it says the season will be “unlike any other.” A doctor makes a “frightening discovery” and a reporter “becomes tomorrow’s headline” in the premiere, as a number of people mysteriously vanish from Manhattan and a number of other people mysteriously die.

On FX on Wednesday, October 11 at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT, the first two episodes of AHS: NYC will run back-to-back. When looking for channel options, cable subscribers should consult their local listings. This Thursday, the series will be available to watch online at Hulu.
