As of 2022, these are the top ten Strongest Men on the planet. Take a deep breath, and get straight into the action!

1. Zydrunas Savickas

He is commonly considered one of the Strongest Men in the world. A native of Birzai, Lithuania, he’s seven times the winner of the Arnold Strongman Classic (2003-2008, 2014). It is commonly accepted that the Arnold Strongman Classic is a better measure of strength than the WSM competition.

At the 2005 IFSA Strongman World Championship, three world records were smashed by him. His 227 kg log lift, 400 kg raw squat, 410-kilogram deadlift, and 286-kilogram bench weight were all in 2014.

2. Brian Shaw

Regarding strength, Brian Shaw is rated second in the world. In the year 1982, he was born in Colorado. As a four-time World’s Strongest Man champion, Brian is a well-known strongman athlete from the United States (in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016).

With hummer tires on, Brian could deadlift 442 pounds and 510 pounds. He finished in the third position in the World’s Strongest Man contest.

3. Bill Kazmaier

It’s hard to dispute the consensus that “Kaz” is the strongest of the strong. As a result of this decision, Kazmaier was not allowed to participate in the WSM competition in 1983 since it was thought that if he did, no one else would ever have the opportunity to win.

Weighing 90–160 kg apiece, Kaz was the first to lift all five McGlashen stones (about 200 and 350 pounds). A pec rupture soon after his 661-pound bench press was the world record for years, and if he hadn’t, he would have broken it. His raw powerlifting record of 2,425 pounds, set in 1981 (without a bench shirt or squat suit), stands today.

4. Mark Henry

Throughout his career, Henry has won the WWE Championship, the World Heavyweight Championship, and the Intercontinental Championship.

In addition to being the subject of several articles and documentaries, he also holds a slew of world records. With the liftable Thomas Inch Dumbell, he performed a one-handed clean and a pushing press that would go down in history.

5. Hafthor Bjornsson

The 30-year-old Icelandic strongman is widely regarded as one of the world’s most renowned. For Bjornsson, it is also the first time he has won all three of Europe’s Strongest Men’s competitions in the same year. In 2013, he achieved this goal.
