Ganesh Chaturthi festivities began on Monday in New Delhi, hosted by Shilpa Shetty and her husband, Raj Kundra. In Lalbaug, Mumbai, Raj Kundra was seen bringing a Lord Ganesha idol back to his house.
Shilpa Shetty, injured and using a walker, went outside to worship Lord Ganesha.
But Shilpa couldn’t go with him since she fractured her leg on Rohit Shetty’s new movie set. She went out of her way to make Lord Ganesha feel at home in her home. She used a walker to leave home and engage in puja.

For those who have forgotten, Shilpa Shetty broke her leg while shooting a scene with Sidharth Malhotra and Vivek Oberoi for Rohit Shetty‘s soon-to-be-released web series Indian Police Force. She posted an Instagram photo of herself in a wheelchair with a cast, writing, “They said, Roll camera action – “break a leg!” I took it literally.”
