Meghan O Toole King, one of the stars of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County, was “absolutely horrified” by the results of her rhinoplasty.
The 38-year-old reality personality who underwent rhinoplasty in August said she was “not prepared” for the post-op swelling and vomited at the sight of her new face.

The former ‘Real Housewives of Orange County‘ actress went on to share a comparison shot with her social media followers, in which her nose looked to have experienced a momentary drop in blood pressure, and went on to explain that it might “take up to a year” for the swelling to entirely recover.
A video of her saying this appeared on her Instagram Stories, and Meghan O Toole King said, “What they don’t tell you is that it might take a year for the swelling to go down. Since this is just the first month after surgery, the following 11 will see much more gradual shrinkage. It’s been a few hours, and I’m still amazed at how much better things are.
