NeNe Leakes, star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians and successful businesswoman, has spoken up about her son Brentt’s health. On Monday (Oct. 10, 2022) NeNe revealed on Instagram that Brentt, 23, was admitted to the hospital the previous month with congestive heart failure and a stroke.
He’s incredibly young for anything like that to happen to him,” Leakes said, “he’s just 23.” “I didn’t want it to sound like this. Our hope was to have a private conversation about it when Brentt was feeling more settled. Because I’d rather have the right thing spread than the wrong thing, here I am.”

NeNe Leakes said that physicians had assured her that despite Brentt’s advanced age and health problems, he did not use drugs and did not have HIV, COVID-19, or any other illness.
So, they have conducted a lot of tests on him to discover what might have potentially caused this to happen to him, she said. “And we haven’t figured it out yet. Obviously, if they understood the root of the problem, they would be able to fix it. It gave me the willies.”

In 2013, she was treated for blood clots in her lungs, and she now claims her physicians suspect a hereditary component.
Another issue that she spoke about was that Brentt has been under a lot of pressure since the anniversary of his father Gregg Leakes‘ death has passed. Gregg, who was 66 years old, passed away last year from colon cancer.
NeNe Leakes remarked, “If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that Brentt was under a lot of emotional strain in the month of September, the one-year anniversary of the death of his father.” “He felt an enormous amount of stress since he was so close to his father.
